Everyone loves delicious mashed potatoes around Thanksgiving. Why not try a new adaptation with a French (Boursin Cheese) twist.
Main ingredient: red potatoes
What you'll need:
- 6 medium red potatoes, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- salt/pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Arrange sliced potatoes and onion in an un-greased 9-in square baking dish
- Combine butter, pepper flakes and salt/pepper
- Drizzle butter mixture over potatoes and onion
- Cover and bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes
- Uncover and bake additional 20 minutes (or until potatoes are tender)
