- 2 1/2 cups diced, firm-ripe peeled Bosc pears
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/4 cup water
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, mix pears, cranberries, brown sugar, cinnamon stick, and water.
- Transfer to rimmed basking sheet and roast (stirring occasionally), until berries have popped and the juices have thickened (about 40 minutes)
- Cover and chill until cool.
